June 9, 2013 (Vietnamica) — Vietnam continues to be the Republic of Korea’s 4th biggest exporter, with export turnover of US$2.2 billion in the first four months, marking a dramatic YOY increase of 35.7 pct (VOV, June 7). Exports of textile product hits a record high value of US$411.2 million, increased by 45.37 pct. Textile turnover is expected to surge in the future, that will make RoK the fourth largest importer of Vietnamese textile products after the US, EU, and Japan. (more…)
